1. Order Modifications and Cancellations
Once your payment is confirmed, your order is immediately sent to our design atelier for CAD modeling. Any requests for modifications or cancellations must be submitted via email within 24 hours of purchase. Beyond this window, no changes or cancellations will be permitted under any circumstances.
2. Sizing and Fit Liability
Accurate sizing is the sole responsibility of the customer. Since wide statement bands fit tighter than classic thin rings, we highly recommend utilizing our professional US Ring Size Guide or getting measured at a local boutique jeweler before ordering. We are not liable for incorrect size selections made by the customer.
